VibeStay is a hotel discovery platform that allows users to browse, save, and compare hotels visually. We provide links to third-party booking platforms (including Agoda) where users can complete their reservations. VibeStay does not directly process hotel bookings or payments.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
VibeStay participates in affiliate programs, including the Agoda affiliate program. This means we may earn a commission when you click on affiliate links and make a purchase on partner websites. This comes at no additional cost to you. Our affiliate relationships do not influence the hotels displayed or their order of appearance.
4. User Accounts and Data
VibeStay uses local browser storage to save your preferences and favorited hotels. We do not require account creation. Your saved data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data will remove saved preferences.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate hotel information, prices, star_ratings, and availability are subject to change. All pricing and availability should be verified on the booking platform before completing a reservation. VibeStay is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed information and actual conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on VibeStay, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VibeStay or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Hotel images are sourced from their respective owners and booking platforms.
7. Third-Party Links
VibeStay contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. We encourage users to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party site they visit.
8. Limitation of Liability
VibeStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
9. Changes to Terms
VibeStay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
